Electronic Applications
Electronic applications are intended to assist your application for services without coming to ECCCM in person.
Please note: You must take personal responsibility for your application.
Pay close attention to ALL instructions, ALL requirements, and upload ALL required documents.
Your application will be reviewed and if it is not complete, it will NOT be forwarded to case management for the followup phone call interview.
The success of YOUR application is YOUR responsibility.

A crisis is a one-time exceptional situation that should not be repeated. Assistance is available for mortgage and rent payments, utility bills, pharmaceuticals, and fuel oil or kerosene purchases.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS to be uploaded by you:
- Photo ID and SS numbers for each family member, green cards, or other positive identification.
- Proof of all income (as applicable) and/or benefit award letters
- Most recent paycheck stub, retirement earnings, SS, or other earned income
- Explanation of benefits for SSDI and other disability payments
- Alimony and/or child support checks
- Section 8 Annual Certification Letter
- A copy of ALL CURRENT BILLS, EXPENSES and INCIDENTALS. You must show all expenses, not just the bill for which you are requesting assistance.
- A current bank statement showing the last thirty days of activity.
- Mortgage information if requesting mortgage assistance.
- Current lease and Landlord information, as required for ECCCM’s approved vendor list, if requesting rent assistance.
Hunger Relief is available to households that are experiencing food insecurity and struggle to provide adequate quantities of food for their families.

You will also need to know how many persons are in your household, your gross income, and who will be picking up your food.
The Student Hunger Prevention Program targets at-risk school children, and their families, with adequate supplies of nutritional food and child-friendly snacks. The goal of this program is to help the child’s developing brain with nutrition while combatting childhood obesity with appropriate snacks.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS to be uploaded by you:
- Photo ID and SS numbers for each family member, green cards, or other positive identification.
You will also need to know how many persons are in your household, your gross income, and who will be picking up your food. You will also have to list the school(s) that your child(ren) attend.
The General Assistance Fund is designed to help qualifying applicants receive assistance with deposits. In order to qualify, applicants must follow the following guidelines.
